out of a desire for client focus and is backed by 20 years of customer service
and operational experience in pursuit of business growth and development. Having
finally decided to focus my investments and energies into creating my own business
development company, I now have a keener awareness of the professionalism
and resource utilization needed to improve the bottom line.
For the past 3 years
I have worked for other organizations helping to develop business-to-business
prospecting and customer relationship management programs. The experience has
expanded my knowledge of what is required to make a program work for a client.
I want my clients to be involved with the designing of their program to help
grow their business. We think “out of the box” and are not dependent on “standard”
systems designed to make all clients fit the same profile. My basic business
belief is to provide freedom to converse in a good client/supplier relationship
encouraging dialog in both directions. With the “open ear” policy we can make
the difference and help a client achieve their growth goals.

Account Managers
Account Managers are assigned to specific accounts to coordinate
all activities for the client. Their responsibility is the acquisition and continual
training of marketers to be utilized for specific accounts.
Marketing Associates
Marketing Assistants are hand picked to meet our very high
standards. They are responsible for the day to day calling on behalf of the
client, nurturing relationships with potential prospects while maintaining a
professional and courteous approach.
